Summer 2015

Hello, everyone! I am very sorry to address the following issue, but the summer holiday has officially come to a close. Today marks my first day as a year 11 student, and I would like to take this time to reflect on what a summer I've had.

Let's start from the beginning.

Last day of sophomore year. Kicked off the summer with my best friends.

Went to Lake Geneva.

Went to the Zoo.

Went on a date.

Skyped my bae.

Made a giant peanut butter cup.

Tried Mochi. Not a fan!

Celebrated a birthday, went mini golfing, and ate some ice cream.

Went to Chicago. (Yes, I could've picked cuter footwear.)

Had a picnic.

Went to the State Fair.

Went to Milwaukee.

Had brunch with the girls and date night with the boy.

Hung out with my childhood sister and her dog.

Went to the One Direction concert.

Last day of summer. Kicked off the school year with my best friends.

6/11/15 - 8/30/15
Although I did a lot of cool things this summer, I spent the majority of my time working my little (please excuse my language) ass off. I got at least 350 hours of work in. I have never been so busy in my life, and I'm extremely proud of myself for it.

The summer of 2015 has been both hectic and wonderful. I spent quality time with quality friends, went on countless adventures with the love of my life, I stepped outside of my comfort zone, and I got deeper in touch with myself and the universe. Thank you to all of the people who've helped make this summer so wonderful. I love you all, and if you see your face in this post, it means you are very special to me. Special enough for me to put your face on my (very famous and popular) Internet page. It wasn't long enough, but we managed to squeeze in quite a bit of excitement for one season.

Try new things, explore the world, work hard, eat healthy, think of the positives, love each other, smile more, right the wrongs, and never go to bed angry.

Here's to a successful school year and many great memories down the road. Until then,
Jordan x
